The California Burrito Co. is all about quality: the food, the service, and the environment we've created for you.

Our menu looks small, but in fact, there are over 15,OOO combinations. Everything is prepared daily using the freshest ingredients. It all takes hours to prepare, but only minutes to serve!

We want you to have the best dining experience possible. We will do everything we can to make that happen. If you need anything, just ask!

how to eat our burrito

Not to worry; we’ve got you (and your burrito) covered. The wrapping doesn’t just keep your burrito warm. If unwrapped correctly, it also aids the tortilla and keeps everything in its place.

Yes, the paper wrapping serves a dual purpose. And it’s pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

All you have to do is peel back the paper in small strips. The paper holds everything together. Pretty neat, right?
